基于Android平台的煤矿井下电力谐波监测系统研究

摘要:

本文设计了一种基于Android手机平台的煤矿井下电力谐波实时监测系统方案,研制了基于ARM Cortex-M3内核的32位处理器STM32F103VBT6和μC/OS-II嵌入式实时操作系统的谐波监测节点,通过节点外扩的ZigBee和GPRS传输模块,实现监测节点间自组网和数据无线远程传输,开发出基于Android手机平台的煤矿井下分布式电网谐波实时监测软件,突破了管理员必须服务器监控电脑查看电网谐波信息灵活性差的瓶颈,实验表明该系统设计方案可行有效。

Abstract:

The real-time monitoring system of coal mine electric power harmonic based on Android mobile phone platform is designed in the paper, the harmonic monitoring node based on 32 bit ARM Cortex-M3 kernel processor STM32F103VBT6 and μC/OS-II embedded real-time operating system is developed, the ZigBee module to exchange the data among the detecting nodes, the GPRS module to realize the data’s remove transmission. The mine distributed harmonic real-time monitoring software based on Android mobile phone platform is developed, breaking through the bottleneck of the poor flexibility of the administrator must view harmonic information in server monitoring computer, the experiments show the design of the system is feasible and effective.
